MEET THE MCAULEY'S.
The McAuley family offer a warm welcome to all. Good honest food at sensible prices, decent wines, ranges of quality alcoholic & soft drinks. Hot beverages also on offer. Between us all, we have a combined 60 years of catering & hospitality experience. When the 'children' were of an age to not be dependant on us, we decided that we should at long last have our own place. Trouble was, the 'children' wanted to be involved as well! Our love for food goes a long way; we are easily inspired and constantly trying new dishes.

Sharon & Sean. BUSINESS OWNERS, CHEF, WIFE, HUSBAND AND PARENTS.
Sharon and her family knew it was time to open a bistro. With her 30+ years worth of knowledge, skills and experience in the Hospitality industry; the time was now. French classically trained, well known for her baking and pie making, professional and a terribly good humor. The need to open and share her good quality food was bound to happen!
Sean and his equally terribly good humor, only maximises this great possibility. His wonderful taste for fine wine, the occassional bar work for Sharon's functions, tradesman for 35+ years only demonstrates his exceedingly warming and welcoming customer service. Sean has a proud reputation for his paella-making skills!
Alice. WAITRESS, BARISTA, DAUGHTER AND SISTER.
Professional cocktail waitress, masses of experience in the Bar Industry, waitressing from weddings to cafes; front of house just got interesting! Due to her bubbly, reputable personality, her experience in the industry and appreciation for good food and service, makes her the perfect face for Wickham Bistro. Most importantly; Sharon and Sean's daughter. More than a smile with your coffee.
William. WAITER, COOK, SON AND BROTHER.
His love for food only grows by the day. Any opportunity to make/knead/bake/cook/fry/boil/blanch/taste any dish, the answer is a must! He has appreciation for good, tasty food, and very much enjoys the process of making and serving it!
Samuel. WAITER, STUDENT, SON AND BROTHER.
Currently studying Business Administration in Hotel Management in the Hague, The Netherlands. His passion for the catering industry hype is the perfect time to be learning!
